RETURNS & EXCHANGE

RETURN POLICY:
When not satisfied with your purchase you may return your order for a complete refund within thirty (30) days from the date of purchase. 

Returned items must be in resaleable condition: unworn, unused, unwashed and in the original packaging with all original tags attached. Customers shall have to pay the return shipping costs. We suggest that return shipments are sent through a shipping carrier that offers tracking service such as USPS, UPS, Fedex. Please note: The amount refunded excludes any outbound shipping paid on the original purchase

Please send an email to customerservice@fallenfootwear.us letting us know the order is being return so we can check for its arrival

Once your return is received and inspected by Fallen Returns Department (usually within 72 hours of receipt), when return is approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 business days. 

Please note that (depending on your  credit company) this process may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.

EXCHANGES:

Online purchases do not allow exchanges. If a different size or color is desired, just return the original item(s) for a full refund and place a new order for the item(s) you’d like
