FAQ

We offer free standard ground shipping to anywhere in Canada after an actual minimum spend of $175 before taxes and after discounts (3 to 6 business days, this is after processing time).

Processing times are subject to change during new releases, holidays and/or high volume days; if you need it faster, additional shipping speeds are optional.
Shipping Speed does not include Processing Time, they are two different operations and are measured differently.

You will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number via email once the item has been shipped.

We always send tracking and it may be in your spam folder or in your secondary email that you entered at checkout.

RETURN POLICY:
When not satisfied with your purchase you may return your order for a complete refund within thirty (30) days from the date of purchase. 

Returned items must be in resaleable condition: unworn, unused, unwashed, in the original packaging with all original tags attached, with the Return Authorization number marked on the parcel.

Defective items will either be refunded following evaluation from Customer Service. 

PROCEDURE:

  1. Place the return form included with your original shipment in a box along with the products being returned. 
  2. Attach the included return label to the box.
  3. Please visit www.purolator.com or www.canadapost.ca to find the nearest drop off location based on the return label provided. 

Please send an email to online@fallenfootwear.ca letting us know the order is being returned so we can check for its arrival or if you are missing the provided return label.
